Matchbox Twenty is back.

I dig Matchbox Twenty. "Exile On Mainstream" is one of my very favorite albums. They don't know how to make a less than awesome song.  As most people know, Matchbox Twenty split up quite some time ago, and Rob Thomas went solo. But they are back, and have been working on their up and coming album, "North", for well over a year now. "North" is set to be released on September 4th, 2012. No doubt this album will be well worth the wait, and the tour to back it up will be phenomenal.

Just a couple weeks ago they released their first single off of "North" titled, "She's So Mean." Talk about catchy. Is it Matchbox Twenty's deepest, most meaningful, life changing song? No. But is it a high quality, beautifully produced, catchy single? Absolutely. I have no doubt that this album will have those    in depth, emotion provoking songs, though. That's a given for Matchbox Twenty. This song makes me pumped for the new album, and my ears can not wait to hear it!
